Booking at Sant'Agnese Experience solutions implies acceptance of these regulations.
The booker is also personally liable for the persons accompanying him/her.
RATES
The daily rate of the apartment includes the supply of electricity, water, gas and internet connection and the payment of the tourist tax. Any other services requested by the client must be paid separately. Any consumption that is highly disproportionate to normal usage will be charged to the guest.
We reserve the right to change the published prices of our apartments at any time and without notice. The price agreed upon at the time of booking (excluding any extras), will not be changed under any circumstances.
RESERVATION
It is possible to make a reservation by contacting us directly by e-mail at info@milanosantagnese.it or by phone at +39 334 356 8419, which is also an active whatsapp number.
To confirm the reservation, the guest must pay the expected deposit within two working days.
For all stays, the balance is required before check-in.
Payment can be made in the following ways: Bank Transfer (1), Credit Cards(2) (all cards available on the Stripe platform) or Paypal (2).
N.B.
(1) In case of transfer, the balance must be credited to us as early as the tenth day before arrival. (Ex. Arrival January 15, the transfer must be available in our account on January 5).
(2) In case of payment by Card or PayPal there is a surcharge of 5% on the total amount to be paid.
If the above times are not met, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For direct bookings, unless otherwise agreed, a security deposit corresponding to 20% of the total cost of stay is required to cover any damages and/or shortages. The security deposit will be returned within two business days after check-out.
In case of damages and/or shortages, compensation assessed by the property will be required. Should the damage caused make the apartment uninhabitable, the guest will be required to bear the cost of missed reservations.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES
- Bookings cancelled up to 10 days before arrival incur no charges (Arrival January 15 = Free cancellation by midnight January 4)
- Bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival incur a charge of 50% of the total stay amount.
- In the event of early departure, the full agreed booking amount will still be retained.
- In the case of a discounted, non-refundable rate, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Any modification or cancellation of the booking, if within the allowed terms, must be made in writing by sending an email to info@milanosantagnese.it and must be confirmed in writing by the management.
UNAVAILABILITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION
Should circumstances beyond our control prevent the reserved accommodation from being made available to the guests, the property reserves the right to assign another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics at the same price, or, in extreme cases, to cancel the booking. In such an event, the amount paid will be refunded, and the guest will not be entitled to make any further compensation claims. It should be noted that no other amounts beyond what has already been paid will be refunded or compensated, and therefore no requests for compensation will be considered.
CHECK-IN
At least 24 hours before arrival, the guest must inform the management of the expected arrival time in order to receive appropriate assistance. On the day of arrival, the apartment can be occupied between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed with the property.
Before arriving, guests must complete the web check-in procedure, which includes uploading a valid ID document for each guest staying in the property. Upon arrival, they must fill out and sign the document that provides the property with authorization to process personal data for privacy purposes and confirm that they have read these regulations.
If valid documents and the required data for fulfilling legal registration obligations are not provided, the reservation will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be retained.
CHECK-OUT
Unless otherwise agreed with the property, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please remember to turn off all lights, turn off the air conditioning system, and ensure that windows and doors are properly closed.
RULES
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke in the condominium courtyard, making sure to properly dispose of ashes and cigarette butts.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the property.
- Check the apartment’s condition upon arrival and report any anomalies or deficiencies within 24 hours of your arrival.
- It is strictly forbidden to make copies of the keys. Unauthorized copying constitutes a serious criminal offense. In case of lost keys or failure to return them, a €100.00 reimbursement will be required for the damage caused.
- It is prohibited to stay in the apartment with more people than the maximum allowed (2). It is forbidden to allow entry to individuals not included in the booking without prior communication and explicit consent from the management.
- Subleasing the apartment to third parties is not permitted.
- Organizing parties is prohibited.
- Using the apartment for commercial purposes (photo shoots, video shoots, events, meetings) without prior agreement with the property is prohibited.
- Images taken inside the apartment may only be used for private purposes. Any other use must be agreed upon with the property.
- All accommodations are delivered clean and in working order. The guest is responsible for daily tidying and maintaining the apartment’s integrity. At check-out, the guest must leave the apartment in acceptable condition. Extra cleaning can be requested at an additional cost.
- Guests must observe common rules regarding quiet, especially during afternoon and nighttime hours, avoiding noises and disturbances. Particular silence must be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The guest expressly exempts the management from any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from unforeseen interruptions of essential services such as electricity or water.
- The management declines all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings left in the apartment, as well as for any accidents, thefts, or damages to persons or property occurring inside it.
PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO D.LGS N. 196/03
As required by Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, Omega, manager of the Sant’Agnese Experience accommodations, will process the personal data you provide in compliance with the regulations on personal data protection. In accordance with these regulations, the processing will be carried out fairly, lawfully, transparently, and with respect for confidentiality and your rights. Providing the data is optional. If you choose not to provide it, the establishment will not be able to consider your request to stay in its premises. Your data are used only for registration purposes and to be provided to the authorities, with more information available on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.it. Personal data will not be retained for advertising or other purposes unless expressly declared and signed by the client. The personal data you provide are collected electronically and processed, including with the aid of electronic means. The Data Controller is Omega Srl.
THE PRESENT REGULATIONS ARE IMMEDIATELY VALID. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH EVEN ONE OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING AND THE REMOVAL OF GUESTS FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT REFUND OF THE AMOUNTS ALREADY PAID.
